Senior associate in Reorganization Group specializing in restructurings and reorganizations. Major projects included A.H. Mergers and Acquisitions Group, 1983 - 1986. Senior associate responsible for mergers, acquisitions, LBO's, tender offers, asset transfers and public and private offerings, many in excess of $100MM.

Bank Financing Group, 1981 - 1983. Senior associate responsible for a wide variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions on behalf of U.S. and foreign banking clients, most in excess of $50MM. A rated by Citicorp bankers. Asked to lead a $1.0 billion Citicorp financing.

Corporate and Workout Groups, 1979 - 1981. Junior associate responsible for representing Citicorp in various workouts. Due diligence, collateral reviews and preparing research memoranda.
